HEM-Line Alterations Tracking Software contains the following modules::
- Tickets: This module captures all customer, garment and alterations status information for each alterations ticket. It shows the status for tickets at a glance and provides instant recall for quick handling of customer inquiries. It also creates a history of all pertinent customer information, including fittings and alterations. In addition, the Tickets Module allows an unlimited number of alterations tasks to be assigned to a garment, and is able to forecast future workload for accurate promise date determination.

Employee: This module stores relevant employee information. It facilitates employee scheduling and provides a forecast tool to efficiently match labor hours to workload hours.
- Store and Workroom Reports: This module takes data from all other modules. It enables management to analyze performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. These reports can be viewed on-screen or printed, and can be run at any time. There are five report categories and 20 reports available.
