Fitting Station Alteration Ticket

The Fitting Station alteration ticket is designed to accommodate all phases of the alteration process. It consists of tags that can be set up to print or not print based on the necessity of each company. The ticket tags are as follows:

Garment Tag:

    Part I: Includes Customer Name and phone number(s); a bar coded/printed ticket number; "Send and/or Rush" will print if selected when creating garment tag; bar coded Alteration Fee; promise date; promise time (if captured); garment name; sale date; Sales Associate; printed alteration fee and Store Name.

    Part II: Includes the Customer Name; ticket number; garment name; promise date; promise time (if captured); fitter number; department number (if captured); purchase type; pricing; alteration tasks and fees; and any notes made for that garment.

Send Tag:  If "Send" was selected on the Details screen under Promise Date and the Send tag option is set to print, this tag will print for shipping purposes. Includes ticket number, garment name, Customer Name and address.

Completion Tag:  This copy is used by the workroom to facilitate the garment tracking process and measure the performance of the workroom. Includes ticket number; garment name; promise date; promise time (if captured); alteration tasks; and any notes made for that garment. Workroom staff indicates who performed each task and when it was completed by filling in the "Initials" and "Date" columns.

Sales Tag:  This tag is used to track alteration income. Includes Customer Name, ticket number, sale date, amount paid and receipt number. Approval and Reason are for management use only when waiving occurs.

Claim Check:  This portion is given to the customer at point of sale. Includes Store Name; Store Location, address and phone number; ticket number; Customer Name; pick up date and time (promise date and time); garment name and sales associate.
