Alteration Tickets Speed Up Data Entry
Multi-Part Alteration Tickets
New Century Information Services has designed and sells alteration tickets for both men's and women's garments. The tickets have been
developed for use with the HEM-Line Alteration Workroom Management software and the HEM-Line Alteration Tracking software.
| COMMON FEATURES & BENEFITS |
Our alteration tickets are easy to read and allow the capture of all necessary information, either with our preprinted tasks or in the ample space on each tag for notes. In addition, our tickets are sturdy and have die cuts that fit securely on a wide spectrum of materials found in alteration workrooms.
- Size: 5.5"x13"
- Four-ply carbonless copies:
- White top sheet is a 5.5" x 2" claim check
- White 2nd layer can be torn off for initial data
entry
- Pink 3rd copy can be torn off after the work is complete
- White cardstock backing (4th layer) contains perforated tags to be separated and attached to each individual garment piece
- White top sheet is a 5.5" x 2" claim check
- The top of the ticket
captures customer, sales and waive information
- The bottom three tags capture garment, alteration, promise date and completion information

| MEN'S SUIT TICKET |
- Can be used as a two or three piece suit or sport coat and trouser ticket
- Layout: 1st tag is a jacket tag; 2nd tag is a trouser tag; 3rd tag is a
shirt or vest tag
- All three tags can be altered as separate, individual garments or as part of a suit
| MEN'S TROUSER TICKET |
- Layout: three identical trouser tags
| WOMEN'S TICKET |
- Layout: 1st tag is a 'top' tag for either a jacket or blouse; 2nd tag is a pants tag; 3rd tag is a skirt or dress tag

All three tags can be altered as separate garments or as part of a suit or dress
| STOCK REPAIR TICKET |
- Size: 3" x 5"
- Consists of two layers; top sheet torn off for data entry; bottom layer is card stock and is to be attached to garment
- Layout: one garment per ticket
Fitting Station Tags
Fitting Station Tags are designed fro use only with the HEM-Line Touch-Screen Fitting Station. They accommodate all phases of the alteration process, and consist of tags that can be set up to print or not print based on the necessity of each company. Common features of the Fitting Station Tags are listed below.
