The base alteration management system contains the following application modules:
- Tickets: This module captures all customer, garment, alteration and status information for each alteration ticket. Shows
the status for all tickets at a glance and provides instant recall for quick handling of customer inquiries. Forecasts future workload for accurate promise date determination.
- Stock Repairs: This module tracks all open repairs completed in the workroom. Determines how much is being spent on stock
repairs, what percent of alterations work is comprised of stock repairs, from which departments and vendors stock repairs are
coming, and how long the merchandise takes to be repaired.
- Employee: This module stores relevant employee information. Facilitates employee scheduling and provides a forecast tool to efficiently match labor hours to workload hours.
- Store and Workroom Reports: This module takes data from all other modules and provides all of the information needed to easily manage the alterations department. Enables the workroom manager to analyze performance on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
